I had a tall order the week before Thanksgiving - deliver a whiteboard video on a technical subject on a very tight timeline. This jumpstart team was excellent from start to finish, taking my script draft and delivering an explainer whiteboard video that the client loves. The responsiveness of Joel Young was first rate and even when things changed (as they often do), Joel and his team were bobbing and weaving with me to get the project over the finish line with flying colors. As a seasoned video producer, I was tentative about working with an unknown content provider, but this turned out to be a great experience for me and the my client. I'll be calling on them again.

We are absolutely thrilled with the animation video created by Jump Start Video! The concept we wanted to visually explain to viewers is anything but "typical". We had no idea how to translate our vision into a strong script and video. Joel and his team absolutely nailed it. They began by drafting the script, which we were then easily able to update to fit our communication style. Then, their initial video draft helped us to understand what was possible in terms of animation. They then diligently executed our extremely detailed round of edits/changes - creating a final version that we are proud to use for our company. I would absolutely return for future projects!
